Yeah, close. "Anglo-Catholic" Is basically very, very very high church Anglican. It's sometimes described as picking up all the stuff Rome got rid of. so it has all the funzilla elements of heavy-duty Roman Catholicism mixed with staid Anglicanism. I've never even seen a monstrance used at an actual Roman Catholic service.

Since you live in the Chicago area, I can tell you that you can see this at the Church of the Ascension on LaSalle.
