More Goodytwoshoes

I've just added Elaine, Gawaine, Parsifal, Palomides, Lenore, Nausicaa, and Telemachus to Goodytwoshoes Sims. I think I have links to most of the CC, only as it turns out, finding Myos hairs is really a pain.
